Delete your account

You can delete the RoguePin login yourself. You do not need to email anyone first.

Effective 12 October 2026. This is the page a store listing can link to. The same steps are in the app under Layers, then Setup.

In the app

1. Open ACCOUNT and sign in.
2. Tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
3. Tap it again to confirm.

The phone signs you out when the account is gone. If the account database has not been updated yet, the app says so instead of pretending the delete worked.

What is removed

• The login, email, display name, and username.
• Pins, shares, mates, notices, and trip logs stored on the account.
• A fleet that account owns, or the seat it holds in someone else's fleet.
• Pictures uploaded for a mark or a log.
• A complimentary Pro flag on that account.

A live pin you sent is removed from the account. A copy already saved on someone else’s phone can remain on that phone until their app refreshes.

What stays on the phone

Pins, boats, and pictures that were saved only on that phone stay there. Delete those in the app on that phone if you want them gone too. Signing out, or deleting the account, does not factory-reset the phone.

A purchase

The store purchase is not connected yet. When it is, deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel the year in the store so it does not renew. Deleting the account does not refund a charge. The store handles refunds.

If you cannot open the app

Write to [Support mailbox] from the email on the account and ask for the account to be deleted. Until that mailbox exists, deletion is the in-app button above.
